The following list includes the name of the persons who were forced to return to Iraq and they were immedately arrested and executed.

This group was extradited to Iraq after they were rejected from the UN in Libya, They were arrested as soon as tbey arrived to Baghdad and then they were executed.

1. - Gorgis Hermiz Oraha -45 years, married and had 4 children, from Duhok Governernt

2. - Yousif Adam Khamo, 26 years, married, had one child, from Duhok Governernt

3.- Amir Koro Adisho, 35 years, from Bagdad.

4. - Ahmaaon Khushaba Al Huzi, 38 years, marrried and had 7 children, from Zakho-Duhok 

5. - Batris Ilya Toma, 36 years, married had 3 children, Duhok. He was handed over from Libanon.

6. - Hassan Khuder Hadi, was born in 1967, he was handed over from Libanon in March 2002, later he was executed.

7-Kamal Rabara Jacob was born in 1964, worker. His wife Jamilah Gorgis Toma was born in 1967, from Duhok. Seh was a schoolteacher. This family travelled to Tyrkey and then to the American Embassy in Jordan. 

In 2001 they travelled with pas from Kurdistan (north Iraz), and then they were arrested in Jordan, where they were accused with fals pas. They were immediatly handed over to the security of Baghdad and after 12 days of suffering with torture they were handed over to the security of Arbil, which is found in Mousil. They were released after one year and 5 months.

8. 1996: - Name: Zuhir Rasbo Azer, was born in 1963 from Baghdad- worker- was Christim kildany- travelle from Baghdad to Europe (Greece) in 6.7.79.  He travelled officially with Iraque pas and he didn't commit any crime. 

He was refugee in Canada to 1996 after that he was ex"tradited to Baghdad (after he got sam troubles in Canada). He was taken from the Iraqi border (Turabil) direct to the intelligence Agency in Baghdad and than was handed over to the general security administration in Baghdad and fmany to the military disciplinary.

He was tortured brutally in spite of he didn't commit any Crime or he wasn't from the opposition group except he was refugee (as he told his sister when she was allowed to visit him in his detention once) and then as result he  died in 5- 7-1996 in detention. He was put in the morgues refrigerator for 6 months and then he was buried in Mohammed sacra grave yard (which is a collected grave yard for Muslims, and is located between Baghdad and Baaquabah. There was only his number on his grave without any name.  After a very long research and spending a lot of money, his family found his grave and transported him to be burried in the Christian Grave Yard.
